There are two things that can cause this and you will likely not be able to cure this. The LCD display is scanned by integrated circuits and if the scanning hangs, the circuit fails or a delicate contact strip isn't in the right place on the LCD assembly, you can end up seeing a scan that isn't happening. You can try pressing gently randomly around the surface of the LCD. If you see a flicker of characters or images, then the contact strip is at fault. There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.

most cases having to do with the keyboard, screen, volume buttons or other parts of the phone is mostly related to the flex cable. the flex cable is a thin bunch of tiny wires that are joined together and form a flat extended cable. it is most likely that your phone is suffering from a problem of either a weak or faulty flex cable which needs to be changed.
my advice is that you send it to a repairer because it is a very delicate process which requires some level of expertise. depending on the type of phone and how common it is, the flex shouln't be too expensive for a phone like yours.
