drum isn't jammed, you have probably lost a belt. Remove the rear panel of the machine and look for tattered remnants of a black belt
you may see some of the seal, but you shouldn't see part of it folded inside the drum or bits of it tattered or torn. I hope this makes sense to you. Let me know if this helps. I had this problem also
