hot cold delay but i don't know why its doing it or if it can be fixed? both packs are doing it.....wont charge up 90% or time, when they do charge it will hold it. same prob here, except its just one

...the red light flashes long, then short, you're in Hot/Cold Pack Delay mode which means it won't charge the battery until its temperature has stabilized. I hope this helps! If so, please vote.
