I just got a alarm for my 2004 r1 but i cant find a good wiring diagram these are my alarm wires...red(+12v from battery), orange(positive electric from lock), pink(off-ignition from lock), gray(off-ignition from lock), blue(starter cable),yellow(right direction lamp cable) ,yellow(left direction lamp cable), black(negative) please help thank you

If the starter relay in your version uses blue / white and red / white wires, then to my understanding, connection would be:

• blue / white - goes to the start switch and is supplied with +12 on starting;
  
• red / white - goes to the starter circuit cut-out relay. This cut-out relay controls whether the starting relay gets a ground based on neutral/gear and clutch lever conditions.

Pls see your other post, but basically:

• in most, one end of the red wire is connected straight to the battery's + terminal. The other end of the red wire goes to the main fuse;
  
• the black of course as you posted goes to the ground;
  
• interchanging the 2 wires from the starter relay would make no difference;
  
• the starter relay is not directly grounded;
  
• the starter relay's + wire goes to the starter button;
  
• the starter  relay's - wire goes to starter cut-off activated by safety interlocks (neutral and clutch lever).

SOURCE: can't get any spark on rear left ignition coil

I didn't notice the year of the bike but
the orange wire comes directly from your TCI ignitor unit.
It might be a faulty pickup coil or the ignitor unit itself.
the pickup coils are in the right engine case and
have about 110 ohms resistance.
If there is no ohms reading on the pickup coil then
it is faulty.
If the pickup pulse coils are good then your
main ignitor unit is probably faulty.
Sometimes the solder joints can crack in them.
