There is water at the plugs, coils. you will need to take coils out and get water out, maybe spray some WD-40 on coils/plug terminals, but wipe everything dry before putting it back together, if its due for spark plugs, now is the time.

NOT A POWER PRESSURE WASHER ,RIGHT AS THOSE WRECK MANY THINGS. EVEN GOES PAST SEALS IN AND INTO PCM
SAME AS DRIVE IN CAR WASHES THAT WAND IS WAY TOO MUCH PRESSURE. BY FAR. UNDER ANY HOOD.

LEARN TO BLOCK OFF ALL ELECTRICS UNDER HOOD WITH PLASTIC SHEETS AND USE ONLY SPONGE BATHS.
AND WIN. AND DO IT AT HOME SO YOU CAN LET IT DRY OUT FOR 24HOUR,
SPARK PLUGS WET IS YOUR FIRST ERROR.
SEEMS BATTERY LUGS ARE LOOSE ,RUSTED OR BOTH.
OR Drowned the main fuse box under hood, made cluster gauge dead
for sure VOLTS
2500 not the van 2500
try using a hair dryer and dry out all that you got wet
under hood, PCM, all fuse boxes.
all spark plugs ,coil packs and HV wires if present, 5.9Lgas
not 5.9Diesel , for sure, v8 , 8 spark plugs
this is a Distributor engine and not one inch of this likes water
the single coil pack all 9 park HV wires and 18 ends
or the spark plug ends wet or spark plug insulators wet
nor inside the distributor, or under cap or on the rotor or the CMP inside. all bad bad bad. so dry it out./
end store, seen it vast times in 50 years,
next time ask how to do that and not need a $300- tow.

2009 chevyaveo stalls when startingup after fueling up

The evos sytem on chevys is the problem,,,evap operating system,,,evos,,, the vent valve soliniod, or vent valve purge,,on the intake of the engine is sticking in the open position,, i cant remember which its called but its the one on the intake,,, what happens is it sticks open position and when you fill your car with gas it pushes all the gas fumes into the intake,,, causeing a flooding ,no start , or hard start situation,,,if you cant or dont want to fix,it, you can leave your car running when getting gas it will be fine ,,which is the cheap fix,,,, the evos system has 4 componets,,, vent valve solinoid, vent valve purge, charcole canister, fuel presure sensor(top of fuel tank) all can be replaced for around 125 bucks if you do some seaching around and doing the labor yourself,,check out you tube,,,

Its and EFI car. (what engine size.? many engine options)
there are only 3 possibles
bad engine, seems not.
bad spark do the tuneup fully. this time. read the 60k mile list and do it
lost the oper..guide? it in the glove box guide.
last is EFI fueling.
once you get this far withj simple tests. (compression , spark and tuneup)
we land on fueling... too much or too little.
im not there,so cant smell it running rich or flooding or misfiring.
but i check the spark pug tips, just like grandpa did.
if they are dry, its starving,
if soaking wet with fuel its way too rich. flooding
if dry ,
we check fuel pressure next.
30PSI ok
60PSI floods bad.
10psi idles only (Bad)

we check that all 4 cylinders fire
and all 4 injectors is MPI are all good , and not clogged and leaking
state engine. size.

Cant stop a 201venture van from over heating the heater works the van dont run hot but wen the heater dont heat the motor runs hot

When your not feeling heat coming from the heater it usually means that the coolant level is too low in the radiator. It sounds like you have a coolant leak somewhere which is causing your overheating problem. Fill your radiator and let the engine run for about a half hour with the radiator cap on tight. Then turn off the engine and check for any leaks under the van. If you don't see any leaks under the van then see if the carpeting is wet on the passenger side of the vehicle. If the carpet is wet and it smells like anti-freeze you have a heater core that is leaking. I hope this helps you. :)
