First..drain the old fuel from the tank, [replace with fresh gas],..open the bolt on the bottom of the carburetor with the fuel petcock in the "on" or "open" position,..and using a small catch pan..drain the carb,[flush],the old fuel out/water/???any old crud out. Re-close the float bowl cover bolt. If problem still persists,..take carb off and thoroughly clean it. GL.
it sits for 2 years so you have to general check and clean everything, first replace the battery, spark plugs oil filter(if any) have your oil change, clean and balance your carburator and air cleaner, remove your gas tank empty it and clean use new gas, if you can spray an WD40 on all wiring socket then start the bike
Please check your exhaust pipe or the silencer. It must have been chocked with carbon and you have to remove the carbon deposit to run your motorcycle. Also clean your fuel tank as it could have dust deposits at the bottom chocking the fuel flow once it is in running condition. Please change the spark plug as recommended after covering a distance specified.
you will find there may have been water in tank which will only go through system when tank is empty 250ml of metholated spirits in to fuel tank WITH petrol should solve problem as metho evaporates water
