SOURCE: I want to download (PDF) a service manual for my Suzuki DL650

The following site has some DL650 manuals and they can be downloaded for free. The site has over 3000 manuals so the list may take a minute or so to build. Even if the manual downloaded is a year or two off, the service procedures will be the same. Cosmetic changes are the usual differences year to year. www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp Please rate my answer. Thanks.

I am doing up a suzuki gn125 for my son I have nearly finished but one problem still to over come. The indicators will not work new bulbs and cleaned contacts but stil not even a flicker.

hi this might help.it sounds like your indicator relay has failed, most of the *** bikes use a standard plug in variety which are generally located behind one of the side covers, check the fuse in the fuse box first and check it is ok or relpace with a new one,i normally replace the indicator relays with a transistorised type, they are far more reliable than the standard ones and only cost a few dollars more, hope this helps...cheers

Suzuki gn125 wont start. checked carb, cdi, coil. got compression and spark but it wont fire. timing been checked. i have ran out of ideas.

Check the valve adjustment. If a valve is standing open just a little, the compression will be too low to start the engine. Check fuel delivery by dribbling a little gasoline into the carb and try starting the bike. If it starts and runs for a second or two, you're not getting fuel into the cylinders. Check you carb again.
