My sons friend has a
This is to lubricate the chain and the sprocket. If the leak is much then it may be due to excess engine oil poured into the system. Please check the oil level. If in excess then drain some.
Hi! I need the assembly
It ain't rocket science. Have the dealer put acid in the battery so it is ready to go into the frame pocket. It should come out of the crate with the rear wheel already mounted. The controls on the handlebars should already be mounted as well. Put the handlebars in position and bolt them in place. Put a box, or whatever you have, underneath the frame to get the front forks higher than the axle on the front wheel. Now put the front wheel assembly in place and insert the front axle. Add the washers and nut and tighten the nut. If the bike has headlights, remove the glass bulb assembly and hook up all the wires. Match the color coded wires; Black to black, blue/white to blue/white, green to green and so on. Mount the shift and rear brake levers if not already mounted. Ad fenders and turn signals and whatever else needs mounting. Install the battery, red wire to the positive battery terminal, black wire to the negative terminal. Now put some gas in the tank and turn on the gas petcock at the bottom of the gas tank. Note; some bikes do not have an actual valve for the gas. Turn the key on and watch for smoke from the wiring. If you hook the wires up wrong they can burn. If all is well, ( relax, all should be well ), go ahead and kick start the engine. Again, watch for anything odd. Now re-mount the headlight assembly and go for a test ride. Adjust the clutch and brake levers as needed. All done! You may want to ride over to the dealers and let them look at it just to be sure all looks okay.
My Suzuki AX100, 2009 model
1. Have you recently replaced the air filter element?
2. Drain all fuel from tank, lines before installing renewed carburaetor then fill the bike again see what happend.
3. Make sure that when filling up no oter debris or dirt got into your tank.
4.Is your choke auto or manual? If manual ensure that it is normal after riding around as it foul up your air mixture ratio.
Good enough, please return a comment. Thanks
Oil choice
SAE 10W40 else use SAE5W-30 synthetics for a more expensive oil but gives a good lubrications.
The front brakes on my suzuki ax 100 are seized,
TRY REMOVING THE BRAKE CABLE AND SOAKING IT IN AN OIL BATH OVERNIGHT.
IF U CAN DO THE SAME TO THE WORKINGS OR SPRAY WD40 ETC THIS WILL UN STICK THE WORKINGS.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
BEFORE OILING GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN WITH PETROL OR GUNK.
Top gear slips
The only way for slippage is through the clutch. Have you or a previous owner put synthetic oil or oil with "special" additives into the gearbox? If so, try an oil change using 10w40 motor oil. If slippage is still a problem then get a set of new fiber friction plates (not the metal pressure plates). The metal pressure plates will not be harmed by the bad oils.
If the front and rear sprocket are not stock, (as in the front is larger than stock or the rear sprocket is smaller than stock), get back to the stock gearing.
