THE BIKE WIIL START RUNS SMOOTH FOR 5 TO 6 KM AND THEN WILL CUT OUT TURN OF THE BIKE AND TURN ON AGAIN THE FUEL PUMP WILL PUMP AS IF NO FUEL WAS IN THE BIKE THE CARBS WILL FILL UP AND THE BIKE WILL START AND GO AND REPEAT THIS AGAIN AFTER 5 TO 6 KM

Id start at replace spark plugs.. too this bike may have sensors that tell an ECM info one of these may be out of spec after a set time or temp .. id get a manual & check the locations of them. In manual the often have a trouble shooting guide..

When u service it, did u do a complete service to clean all possible areas gunk can sits on, such as your petrol tank, fuel lines, jettings, float bowls, change your old air filter? Sounds to me it is still quite dirty and restrictive. Do a complete fuel line cleaning service and try again. Cheers.

BAD STARTER SWITCH

I just recently have been fighting the same problem with the same make/model/year vehicle. For myself, I would drive off and on through the day and it would run fine. Then suddenly after a start it would run rough and die. I would have to wait 20 to 60 mins before it would start again. I had it checked and fuel pump was only putting out around 19 psi. It should be around 41 psi. Had fuel pump replaced and no more problems. Furthermore, now it runs so much better. It's funny how over time I didn't notice how the performance was slowly degrading. Unfortunaley fuel pumps for this car run around $300.

F-I is fuel injection system telling you to clean air-filter,fuel-filter and clean the fuel injector system. This is a good start.

Try replacing the fuel filter.

what kind of machine?

when my 96 nissan maxima gets hot it will cut out and almost like buck like it dose not get enough gas. i have chaged all filters and plugs and coil pack

possibly a bad module------cracked---or???? In any case you may get expansion as engine compartment warms up----module shuts you down. Sometimes really hard to diagnose and just putting in a new module is "spendy"----especially if it turns out not to solve the problem!
