Exhaust butterfly valve servo motor is still connected to the ECU but I drive with aftermarket muffler and stock header pipes already 19000 km without any problem and any mistake lumps on in the instrument board. My question is if I need to remove Exhaust butterfly valve servo motor and to install jumper and to I need also secondary butterfly valves mod or not and what I get from it and if you have some more suggestions for me or If I need to jump something’s ells?
    Thanks in advance.

Bad fuel petcock. Pull the fuel line off of the petcock while it is in the on or reserve position and if fuel comes out of the petcock it is bad. No fuel should come out without the engine running as it is vacuum operated. A bad petcock will cause fuel to leak from air cleaner and to leak into engine oil. Change engine oil and filter before engine damage occurs.

Brandon, From Vulcan forum, one of the hoses that are hooked to the carb is a vent tube and may run up and under seat, if this hose is plugged or pinched it could cause similar issue to what you are experiencing. Links below discuss the issue you are presently having.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, also you can also google (Kawasaki Vulcan flooding rear cylinders) for more info.
Good luck

I had the oil changed and a new air filter put on my 2000 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Classic. I rode all day with no problems. The next day, the bike began flooding itself. It goes dead at idle and when the...

Yes, its the needle and seat (in the bottom of the carbs) that controls the flow of gas into the carburetor, when they get ANY dirt (of any kind) between the needle and the seat..this does not allow the flow to shut off completely. This fills the float bowl until it over flows out the needle jet/pilot jet and it runs into the cylinders and back into the air box/air filter.
Your fuel system needs cleaning (NOT WITH ANY ADDITIVE) - actual disassembly and cleaning..INCLUDING the carburetors and add a fuel filter to the fuel line between the tank and the carbs..

Which setting do I use for the needle in my carb?

How many miles?? The needle jet/jet needle (brass kit) may need replacing ...they wear out due to vibration and cause the spark plugs to turn black, get poor milage, and then "carbon foul".
Try running it without the air filter for a few miles.. see if that makes it run better. If so, I would replace the air filter and put a new brass kit in the carburetor.
You can try moving the CLIP on the needle UP to the second to the top position, OR the top position..that will lean out the mixture/carburetor.

Earlier today I tried to start my 800 vulcan classic but the bike would idle really rough then die so I put it back in the garage and decided to deal with it later. Just went back to the garage and there...

Has the bike been sitting??? If the carbs are gummed up from sitting and the float and or float needle get stuck in the "add fuel" position it could cause this

After starting the 04 vulcan 800 i push in the choke and it dies. Is this a carb/plug problem or something else?

The machine is doing the right thing by dying. The role of the choke is to block the air intake and allow more gas to go into the carb. It is meant for starting a cold engine. If you apply choke to a running engine, it will flood the carb and cylinder and not allow it to ignite. The spark is enough to ignite a mixture os gas and air and not gas alone. Hence the engine dies. So give choke only when starting under cold/freezing conditions.
There is nothing wrong with your bike.

I have been trying to start my kawasaki vulcan ..she try but it doesnt happen...i took out the gas line to drain but is not working ..what else i can do?

The line to drain the gas tank or carb? If you have auto shut off fuel valves(vacuum) set the fuel valve to "prime"(or check owners manual about fuel system)
Some bikes need a fully charged battery to start sometimes.
Will the bike fire on starting fluid?
Spark plugs OK?
Can you get a 1/4 " spark at the plug.
Contact me if you need more info.

Gas flooding cylinder

i would pull your carbs, clean them and look for wear on your diaphrams and check your floats.
