I think you have two problems.
First a venting issue in the tank. Pull your dash and you will see a vent tube coming from the tank. Make sure the elbow is clear and allowing air to flow. Then track the hose to under the seat. There you will find a thing called a rollover valve. These malfunction all the time. Remove it and put a fuel filter in its place or just a connector to next the two tubes again.
The wost thing with this rollover valve is that your tank can implode from the negative pressure built up. I have seen this happen.
This guys are experts in all things RoadStar and have helped me a great deal so check in with them as well. http://www.maxairengineering.com/
If you fuel gauge is not working right after this you need to check your fuel sending unit. It can be cleaned so post a follow up here for more on that.

Hello, the answer to solve this problem is to take it to your nearest chrysler dealer and have them re-flash the updates to the ecu....since 2004, chrysler has had about 4-5 new updates since the date they were manufactured....you need to have the update that followed from your date of man. on your vehicle....They attempted to flash mine to the latest update and didnt work, turns out that they need the re-flash from back when...in order to get the gauage to stop fluctuating.....Hope this helps!!

Try this one
Take out the inks and printhead
Leave the cartridge door open, then unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while the access door is open
Close the cartridge door once the cord is unplugged
Reconnect the powercord, turn on the printer, then your printer will look for your printhead "Printhead missing or not installed correctly..."
Then put everything back. make sure it will snap in to place. Then print a calibration page, then scan it. This is just over writing the error message.
