replace throttle body gasket. first check to see if carbon has built up around the throttle valves in throttle body if so remove and clean it with throttle body cleaner.and a old tooth brush. besure to remove all electrical components or any thing that plastic or rubber the cleaner will destroy it.
the fuel filter is either blocked or installed in the wrong direction.the rotor and distributor cap are fine. swop the fuel filter around and try again.
