some have it sticking out of the side of the oil pan others have it on the side of the engine look around the heads or the block

In most cases if the timing is off the car wont start, have you checked the O2 sensors. I had a truck with a similar problem and O2 sensors fixed it for me. Hope it helps.

The exhaust pipes are getting red hot, check your catalytic convertors. It sounds as if they are clogged.

yes in the fuse box in yor glove compartment or under steering wheel

Its a seal in the master cylinder. You need to replace/rebuild the master cylinder. If you don't plan on driving it for the next 3 weeks I wouldn't bother. But if your going to drive it you should repair it, you don't want a total brake failure.

Sounds like either corroded battery post/terminals, a bad relay or the starter its self.
