Trunk actuator is most likely bad there should be an emergency release somewhere check in the glove box or check owners manual
if you take out the one oval piece out of the door (you'll have to crawl in over the seats so your facing out the back )there you well see the oval pieces at the bottom and the one that is of center on the drivers side then there well a switch that if you use screw driver that is longer then 3" inches long and push it in there then the door well open as i just had to do this my self .

Lift up the floor mat on the bottom of the trunk. You will see your spare tire, jack and OnStar unit. Unscrew the top of the OnStar unit, using a Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the lid from the top of the OnStar unit box; you will see three white plastic cables running from the OnStar box to your vehicle.
Unplug the three cables from the OnStar unit to disconnect them.
