The Ignition Key for a Lincoln LS
should open the trunk
I have a 2004

Jumping a dead battery is an unsafe practice

Raise it up in the front & put a battery
charger on the starter battery cable and
ground anywhere on chassis

How do i reset code on 2004 lincoln ls keyless entry key pad without dealer or origional code?

Can not be done, in order to do anything code is needed, as far as changing the code i think you may need to replace the module.

Lincoln has always put the code in the trunk on hinge, open the trunk and look at both hinges, there should be a small sticker with the door code. good day.

The door lock on driver side front doesn't work anymore with the remote, the other doors are working fine on a Lincoln Ls 2004

Try using the Keyless Entry Pad

If that won't open the drivers door,
then you will need a scan tool, to see
if it can comunicate with the DDM -
Drivers Door Module.

That may be a possible problem, if
everything else works

Door Lock Control Processor, Electronic NOTE: The electronic door lock control system will not function when the ignition switch is in the RUN or ACC position.
The electronic door lock control processor:
  • is located on the LH side of the luggage compartment.
  • contains a radio receiver that receives a signal from the keyless entry remote transmitter (15K601) through electronic door lock control processor antenna, and sends the appropriate command to the power door locks, the horn relay, the indicator flasher, or the anti-theft warning system.
  • is equipped with a battery backup which holds the programmed code in memory in the event the vehicle battery is disconnected.

The pad is long with five buttons, two numbers on each button. 1-0

No idea what your question is, but if you are asking what the pad on the door is, it is a code pad to unlock the doors, open the trunk etc. I don't know if they still do it, but Lincoln use to put the base code on the trunk. Look around for a tag stuck to the trunk arm, or trunk lid. When you enter the code it unlocks the doors and if you push other #'s after the code it will open the trunk, turn on lights etc.

Hope this helps.

Want to reset my number pad

Other than take it to a dealer to have the factory code pulled, the only place I know of that Ford lists the codes is on the module itself. Your LS control the remote keyless entry from the drivers door module which is located in the drivers door. You will have to remove the door panel to find it. I would take it to the dealer, from my experience the door module does not always have the number on it and the door panels are very easy to break when removing.
