Your car is NOT OBD II. that was mandated for 1996 and later. Your car requires a DRB II scan tool ( or equivalent)..Good news is that you can use the MIL ( check engine light) to retrieve the codes.
If it flashes 4 times and then pauses and flashes 5 times that is a 45. There will be a long pause between codes if there is more than 1 stored. After all the codes are flashed it will flash a 55. If you can get the code(s) and post(reply) I can look it up for you.
I am not fully familiar with Chrysler products but it should be to the left of the steering column under the dash as it is on Ford and Gm products. Let me know if this is correct please. Thanks
Should be under dash by steering column its shaped kinda square need special cable to hook it up
