It sounds like you may have a problem belt or some kind of a problem with something turns on the belt Ican;t say for sure with seeing it but thats what i would look at first see if it looks melted or other wise distorted do this when engine is off
Testimonial: "Your expert was prompt and addressed the problem very well. I appreciate the good work you guys do expecialloy for those on very fixed incomes. TY!"
Thank you so much for your prompt reply. My son stopped over late this afternoon and I also told him about the problem. He started the engine and told me to press the front defroster button, the the inside heat plus defroster button combined; the problem started again. Apparently it has something to do with the air compressor. Both of the heater buttons (upper and lower heat but not the combined button) are ok. It's just the ones that I mentioned. He's going to come over and unplug the compressor. Thank you, again, for the prompt reply. Trying to diagnose without the "patient" there is like asking a doctor over the phone why the baby is running a fever. You've been great.
well that sounds vary likely thanks for the comploment but a good rating would be nice good luck with the problem It dosn;t sound like its that big of a repair or that costly if your son can do it thanks
