If you have daytime running lights, you're going to have to check all the relays. There are also 4 fuses for this design. 2 20 amp for high beams and 2 10 amp for low beams.
The non-DRL version is simpler, but it isn't clear to me that is what you have. That design runs both the high and low beams off 2 20 amp fuses. If you missed the one for the right bulb, maybe that's all you need to fix--it also runs the high beam indicator. This stuff may be in the cabin fuse box. If not, check the one in the engine compartment. I will paste the diagrams below, but the res may not be good.
Each headlight bulb has its own fuse because they draw so much current. So no power to one bulb does not mean there is anything wrong with the harness. Go back to the fuse box and use a test light. It is too hard to tell by just looking.
