I have a 1992 Honda Accord. There is no power on the brake light in the rear window. In order for this to be inspected, I think this has to work. Let me know. Thanks

There's a switch on the brake pedal arm that controls the brake lights. the switch needs to be adjusted or replaced.

im thinking (do read the FSM on Brakes , it means, wheel locks up.)
as you might not know, brakes can lock, and cause the ABS to go nuts. it can fix bad bracks, its a given.
try reading the FSM here. and then ask questions.

Rear lights stay on after car is shut off. Pulled the fuse and they still remain on. Finally disconnected the battery. What might be the problem.

on the 1992 Accord you have to remove the hub and bearing assembly in order to remove the brake rotor, you will have to remove the steering knuckle in order to get access to the brake rotor.

you would need to take the WHOLE system from another honda ...ALL OF IT ...it would be better to buy another car......
you CANNOT just replace the rear break/axle system.

-did u recently change any bulb at the rear if yes recheck if it the right brake light bulb 1157
u need to do a dignostic for the d4 light and it will lead u to the problem

In some cases the brake light will come on when the rear brake pads are getting worn down to low, check them if they appear to be lacking of enough brake material replace the rear shoes to make the light go out and restore adequate rear brake traction.
