You already asked this question, and it was answered pretty accurately previously. Here is the Volvo bulletin on this SRS (airbag) fault code.

Look at the two pin connector under the passenger seat. Remove the center console and checked the SRS control module plug . Measure the resistance between pin 37 & 38 of the control module and 1 & 2 of the plug under the seat.


Code: SRS-013D Definition: Left SIPS Bag. Faulty Signal Description: Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-013D is stored if the control module registers that the resistance is too high in the ignition circuit. The SRS indicator lamp is lit. Cause:

• Open-circuit in the cable or contact resistance in the connectors between the SIPS airbag and the SRS control module.
• Open-circuit in the SIPS airbag (resistance too low in the igniter).

Get the trouble codes read for the SRS system and then you'll have a starting point. No way to guess what the code is

Usually there is a sencor under the passenger seat thats either come loose or faulty there are plenty of indies that will reset your srs light merc will charge 90 pound justvto plug it in yhen parts labour ect you could be looking at 100s from dealers

***WARNING*** working on the SRS is dangerous if procedure is not followed exactly. Read this carefully: Electrical Air Bag SRS, and follow it to the letter. Depending on year your reset procedure for the SRS may vary, either by using the diagnostic connection under the hood or by using a jumper wire on the SRS test connection in the main electrical distribution block behind the ashtray.

2-3-2 is the OBD1 code for Incorrect Mixture Ratio: The system has compensated swiftly by additive computation and is at adaptive limit (too rich, check fuel pressure regulator and its vacuum connection to start). The other code (2-3-1) means multiplicative adaptation has taken place at idle (slow adaptation) and is at limit. Both codes usually indicate the oxygen sensor is no longer doing its job or there are major vacuum leaks in the system, usually near the intake manifold or throttle body.

SRS - that's for air bag, need to have diag. done on air bag system. to fine out what part of it is not working right, auto parts like autozone can pull code's on it for free, get back with us with the code number, so we can help you diag. your trouble code.

If you are talking about the SRS light, the LFC ( light Flash Code ) 27 is :

Passenger Air Bag Deactivation ( PAD ) warning lamp shorted to ground

Have you done, or had any work done in the dash area as of late ?

The PAD light cannot illuminate, so the truck is reporting the code via the SRS LFC.

Start with the PAD lamp, and work you way backwards on the wiring harness, looking for a wire that has the insulation damaged, and making contact with the dash frame.
Could be right at the PAD lamp holder also.

This will take some time, but should be an easy fix.

Until you get the trouble codes read there's no way to know what's causing the fault. So not, there's no easy fix without the codes

the SRS light is for your airbags. The light means there's a fault with the airbag system. This means the airbags may not deploy in a crash, or may deploy suddenly. have it checked out right away

If the seat belt light comes on intermittently with the belt buckled, it may have a bad switch in the buckle or a loose connection @ the switch. This may also set a diagnostic trouble code in the srs control module & keep the srs airbag light on.

If you have the SRS light, you have problem with the Air bag system. and need to take codes to see what happen or what is damaged.
Honda 2000 Accord come with a yellow connector behind of the Instrument panel fuse box. That is used to take manual codes from the SRS computer.. to see the problem.
