I was looking for valve adjustment specs on my 1993 Toyota tercel 1.5L how to procedure

There are no valve adjustment specs as the valves are hydraulic controlled . If you have a noise it will be from faulty/worn followers .Or from worn rocker bushes and shafts

92 325is non vanos to vanos conversion?

You cannot retro fit a late engine with vanos to an early model that uses the non vanos set up .There simply is too much else that needs to be changed as well. You best bet is hang in there and find the correct type of engine for your car.

I cant figure out how to jump start my 1993 BMW 325is

Either hook the jumper cables to the battery in the trunk or hook the postive to the postive stud under the hood( passenger side near the firewall) and the ground to the block.
