Hi ! Allen Clark The fuel pump is located in the tank. You will need Pliers, a Phillips screw driver, a 14m and 13/16 wrench. Remove the back seat. Pry off access cover and you will see the top of the tank. Disconnect the 3 lines that go to the fuel pump. Remove 8 Phillips screws, and carefully pull out fuel pump assembly. Remove and replace strainer and pump. Reverse procedure for installation. NOTE: you will need silicone to reseal access cover.

The seats don't fold down but you may be able to pull the upright part of hte back seat out enough to fish a pole in and grab the keys. Otherwise locksmith($60 or so usually). In my experience the dealer will cost a few hundred for a new key. For a 26 year old car, Id even break the trunk lock with a flat head screwdriver.

Check the linkage.

The new battery needs charging. Put it on a charger for a few hours. I suspect your original problem was not the old battery but the starter motor. There are kits on ebay for you to refurbish the starter motor.

Check fuel pressure at fuel rail. Check for spark at plugs.

I fit runs good, gets decent gas mileage, and you don't have inspections. Unplug the MAP. It could be just the MAP sensor, could be the ECU. You might get a MAP sensor, good luck on getting an ECU.

There are a few things to check out. First, verify that the fan itself is not defective. You can do this by jumpering 12V from the battery directly to the fan power terminal. It only takes a second to verify that the fan operates. If it does not, that it your problem. This is not the most likely problem, but the easiest to verify and eliminate. There are a few electrical components to check out. The first is the fan switch. It is located in the engine block, and it probe reaches into the water jacket to detect coolant temperature. When the coolant reaches a specified temperature, the switch closes. This provides a current path for the next component, which is the fan relay. The switch only closes the path to energize the relay. The relay's contacts, when closed, provide the actual voltage to the fan motor itself. So the fan switch or the fan relay could be defective. The switch is the most likely, but slightly more difficult to replace than the relay. If neither of them are the problem, then you need to troubleshoot the wiring itself. Some cars are fitted with a speed reminder setting. If you exceed the speed that has been entered then an alarm sounds. Maybe a previous owner has set it at 50mph. You can drive at any speed but the reminder will beep if you exceed its' setting. Not saying you definitely have one fitted but might be worth googling or contacting a Toyota dealer.
