Brake light? Some bad connections to light sockets if bulbs not burned out. Of course you will need help to see brake light when brake is pushed.

1997 Chevy Lumina REAR BRAKE LIGHTS DONT WORK

This will either be a fuse or the brake light switch which is on the pedal it's self. More likely the switch as these are fickle at best.

When I hit the brakes, the only brake light that works is the one in the spoiler. the bumper lights and high mount are not lit. the tail lights seem to be working although i have one that needs to be...

Both of your rear lights must be out if it was a brake light switch or fuse you would get no lights at all. It also may be a bad turn signal switch causing the right and left lights to not get power.

Rear brakelights dont come on fuses and bulbs are fine rear window brake light works

If the high level brake light works, then the brake light circuit is fully functional.

Brake light bulbs may LOOK fine, but can still have failed. Often folks don't notice that one bulb has failed until the second one has blown; it's then easy to incorrectly assume that the fault is more complex.

Try replacing the brake light bulbs: if that doesn't work then please report back for additional options.

Right brake light out; tail light works fine

most rear tail lights and turn/stop lights are the same dual filiment bulb. it is possible for your tail light to work and your brake light not to and still have a bad bulb. I would check the bulb first, your brake light works on the left yes? this would mean that the fuse is fine
