You need a new heater resistor, l know you said A/C but if your fan doesn't work on any speed except high it is the heater resistor, located underneath the glovebox/ kickpanel area on the passenger side.

There is a blower resister, module ,it is bad,it is located near the blower motor, mounted on the outside of the blower case, but actually goes inside the blower box to keep cool, most of the time the blower motor is the cause for the resister to go out,the blower draws too many amps, even though it may seem it is fine, this is the cause for the resister failure.

My air conditioner is not working on my 2005 Nissan quest se. what may be the problem? it was working fine yesterday. there is plenty of antifreeze

anti freeze has nothing to do with air conditioning
shaking at speed is , tires, wheel alignment, suspension parts or balance and again is not related to air conditioning
working one day and not the next suggest a leak in the ac system and now the low pressure switch is not allowing the compressor to work
So to cover your problems
take the car to an accredited auto ac specialist shop and have it checked for leaks and gas
then take it to an accredited suspension for a thorough check of the front end , then have a wheel alignment done

Where reclaim port is located & how to remove used fliud from 2000 ford contour se 4 cyl.

The ac fluid(gas ) never gets old as it is a gas . The oil never oxidises as there is no air in the system so it never needs replacing. Most problems with ac units come from leaks and owner interference ( replacing gas that doesn't need replacing) or over filling with the wrong gas or just not understanding how and why it all works.

I have a 2000 LxI Chrysler Cirrus, 6 Cyl. and can't find the air conditioner drain hose. Where is it?

Should be in the bottom of the heater box and drain to the outside of vehicle.

Cracked tail light, air-conditioner not cold.

Well you can replace the tail light yourself, check online for inexpensive ones or your local salvage yards. You should be able to get one for less than 50 bucks in new or very good condition. Maybe even less at a salvage yard. Before you spend bucks on the A/C, first try and charge with some 134a from your local auto part shop. I would recommend getting a service manual, very handy when performing maintenance and repairs like these. Cheap one here

My 2000 Plymouth Voyager right turn signal won't work, i changed bulbs and it still didn't work, the brake and reverse lights work with those same bulbs

Check the bulb socket for corrosion. This is a rather common problem. You can clean up the socket contacts and it should work, or if it's corroded badly you can replace the socket itself.
