Its a warranty item as long as ur vechicle is under 50,000 miles - it happens to all of them....
We have a 2004 Aviator and have already paid to have the lift gate, glass glass section relased because of cracks from the glass down, now two years later we have 5 cracks. Is there still a recall on this?
