The fuse box for the lights and other electrical accessories will be found on the left side of the instrument panel. Inside the box you will find a list showing the circuits protected by each fuse. If any of your car's lights or other electrical accessories stop working, a blown fuse could be the reason.

i have the same problem but mine is the sensor that is under the dash that is faulty so i had them disable it untill i can get a part that they need to order so i would have your dealer check the sensor .. if it is under warranty they will replace it for free

I have exactly the same problem. Keyfob will unlock the doors, but will only arm the alarm once the doors have been locked manually. Central locking button on driver side door no longer works, but I hear the clicking sound you're referring to.
I took it to a mechanic, and he seemed pretty sure it was a bad master window / door lock switch. The price he quoted to replace it was $255 plus tax, and I could never bite the bullet and pay for the work, so I've just been living with the problem.
