SOURCE: BMW 528I smokes on start up

telemachas is totally correct with this type of car, also when pulling one of these engines apart i also found a lot of wear on the piston ring groves ,although rings were good the pistons themselves needed renewing .This would cause oil to be pumped into combustion chambers on initial start up.Problem was the cost of parts was more than the car was worth so customer bought another car as this one had been inported from germany and was so rusty as well it was just a scrapper and worst of all it had no air con

SOURCE: 2000 TDI - Lots of white smoke at cold start.

Sounds like your injection pump timing is off, an injector is leaking or a bad seal on your IP.
VW dealers have a horrible reputation when it comes to TDI's. Check out the posts over at www.tdiclub.com Those guys are very knowledgeable - and the first thing they'll tell you is don't take it to a dealer.
You can probably find someone in your area that has a copy of Vag-Com (scantool software that vw uses) software that could look at your timing. It definitely sounds like your dealer was throwing parts at your car because they didn't know what your problem is. If I were you, I'd copy and paste your post from here over at www.tdiclub.com

2014 Nissan Cabstar. The ECU management error light is on Nissan Cabstar?

Have you checked for voltage to each of the glow plugs? if they aren't getting power they won't do their job properly. What colour is the smoke? Diesels do smoke when cold but the colour can give clues as to any hidden issues. White or dark Black smoke is a fuel issue. Often the fuel/air mixture is wrong creating this smoke colour. Blue Smoke is caused by burning oil so it could be a head gasket or worn piston rings depending on the miles on the engine.

My car won't start in a very frosty mornings

The heavy smoke is from all the fuel dumping in to the cylinders without enough heat. Can you plug the car in at might if not glow the plugs sevral times befor turning the engine over.key on few sec then off then on several times. Hope this atleast helps your cold start problem.

We cleaned all injectors put no glow plugs changed the fulie filters and it's still pumping white smoke

check for air in the system as white smoke is not enough fuel at the injectors. Check for low pump pressure . If you have done anything to the pump then check timing.

Audi 2.5tdi white smoke on exhaust low revs

Hi
White smoke is usually a good sign of un-burnt diesel so reading your post and all the things you have already changed ie the glow plugs I would have the injectors tested to make sure they are atomising properly as it sounds to me like when your car isn't under load ie at low revs you have a cylinder that isn't firing correctly
Hope this helps Nick

Black smoke when accelerating and seems to be just underpowered

Have you changed the crancase breather situated at the rear of the engine by the air filter, cost is about £30 from Landrover, should be changed every 12000 miles, often lasts 60000 miles and then it shows a problem. If not changed the crancase will pressurise and you will get oil coming out of the engine all over the place and clouds of soke from exhaust.

Cold start up problems and engine runs bad and smokes white smoke

I believe you have a glow plug problem. How long does the (wait to start) light stay on before you try to start it.
