The driver side power window will not open and makes a buzzing noise when you press the window button and the window door panel light will not go on. But if you open the passenger side door or the back doors the window will open and the light will go on my husband replaced the window switch but still did not fix problem Any suggestions

try taking apart and cleanig all contacts first. make sure you are getting power to switch. Sounds more switches are going bad. They usually last about 5 to 7 years before they start going out.

When you open the drivers door you can see a wiring harness between the door and the body of the car.
You more than likely have wires broken in there.

You might have a faulty switch in the master!! Sounds like the lock and unloc has gone bad on you!!
