1999 Buick Century - passenger side power window does not work

Attempting to use power window switch on passenger door- window does work. It will only work when using the window control on the driver door. Did verify the toggle switch works on the driver side.
Just today the back passenger window does not work at all, even with the window control on the driver side door.

my passenger window will not work, from either control, the passenger or drivers switch, what can i do?

the windows have all gone out one at a time. The only one left is the drivers side window. Repair wants between 3-5 hundred to repair, per window.

Replace the Driver side window switch. These have a corrosion issue.

Buick century 1998 power window passenger side will not work , nothing work mechinal , all other windows work

You most likely have a bad window lift motor or MORE LIKELY a broken window regulator. The door must be disassembled to replace either or both of these.
It could also be a bad window control switch or a broken wire in the door-jamb area. Please note that EITHER of the switches for the passenger window (the driver's control switch or the one on the passenger door) can cause BOTH of the switches to not work to move the passenger window. In this case, electrical diagnosis must be performed to locate the cause of the problem.

Where is the power window relay located on the '03 Buick Century? And could this be the problem for all windows to stop working at the same time EXCEPT the driver's window? Or possibly the lock switch not...

The lock switch is designed to keep the passenger buttons from being used. It should not stop the master switch from operating the windows - or at least, that's what the 2003 Buick Century Owner's Manual says.

After studying the schematics for your vehicle, Iwould say that the owner's manual is correct. The lockout switch only cuts power to the passenger switches. The driver's (master) switch can still power the passenger windows. If none of the passenger windows work from either the driver's door switch or the passenger switches, then the master switch probably has an internal open circuit causing this. There is no separate relay or fuse. I would replace the master switch. Be sure and check ALL switches with the lock on and the lock off to verify this before replacing anything.

How do you change the power window fuses in a 1999 buick century?

in the fuse panel on passenger side of dash there is only a breaker 30amp rating sq. metalic color, this is not a fuse.
i suggest checking the wires in the drivers door loom as these fray and short out. check the wires before investing into parts you may not need.
