The blower motor on my 1993 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite won't turn off. I followed the wires from the fan (Purple and black) and they lead behind the dash. Can't figure out which relay switch they go to. Any help?

There have to be something you missed during your troubleshoot. If the switch to turn on the a/c is good, since it turns on the a/c compressor, then it must be a wire that it's not connecting, or (not sure if there is any in these vehicle) a sensor, which controls the speed of the a/c blower. I'm sharing this because I took apart my vehicle's a/c blower motor, and right at the firewall, there was a sensor. If that is damage, then the blower won't work.
If you pulled the 10 amp fuse in the I/P fuse block and the blower still worked than the the blower motor module is most likely the problem. It is fed by a 30 amp fus4e in the fuse block under the rear seat. That fuse is always hot and always supply power to the blower motor module. If you pull that fuse and the blower stops than it's pretty likely the blower module is the problem.
The blower module is located near the blower motor. It is usually held in place with 2 screws and will have four or five wires at the connector.
check fuses if they are still good change the blower motor instructions below not hard to do!
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the blower motor lead connector from the wiring harness connector.
Remove the blower motor cooling tube from the blower motor.
Remove the four retaining screws.
Turn the motor and the wheel assembly slightly to the right so that the bottom edge of the mounting plate follows the contour of the wheel well splash panel.
Lift up on the blower and remove it from the blower housing.
Installation the new blower motor by reversing the removal steps.
if you haven't got your blower fan fixed yet, im sure it to be the same as mine, the blower motor relay which is out on the firewall under the big fuse block. take plastic cover off over the fuses and move the fuse block out of the way and you will see it staight under that. should be two screws holding it on.
The starter motor for your Oldsmobile is mounted at the front lower part of the engine, just behind the radiator. Book time to replace by an experience person is 1.1 hours. If you are looking to do this yourself, disconnect the battery negative terminal and isolate it. Remove any covers or braces in order to access and remove the starter. Remove the wires to the solenoid on the starter, then the bolts retaining the starter to the engine. There may be some shims between the starter and the engine. You may need to replace these with the new starter. Hope your repair goes well.
There is a fusible link for the blower motor. Check that. Don't know where it is. Look up the wiring diagram at autozone.com. Also check the fuse in the fuse box. Could just be that.
