one of the known with the bravada-trailblazer-and envoy was the vinal/leather boot cover on the shifter getting jammed and your vehicle also has a park release lever under the boot as well https://www.manualslib.com/manual/654367/Oldsmobile-Bravada-2002.html?page=92 tells how to get out of park --check the trans cable and linkage for damage after releasing shifter

Hi, Donald and the usual suspects are:
1. Both bulb elements burned out.
2. Faulty rear fender wiring harness connector.
3. Rear-wheel has worn through the wire harness.
4. Taillight housing socket not grounded.
5. Bulb contacts are worn out not making contact.
6. Socket housing contacts are broken.
7. Socket housing contact pad spring collapsed.
8. Socket housing contact pad stuck.
8. Light fuse has blown.
9. Faulty or corroded ignition switch.
10. Faulty wiring from the ignition switch to the rear fender wiring harness.

Open trunk, behind both seats on either side you will see two leather straps. Pull strap at same time as pushing seat forward. You will hear the latch release.

Sorry but an ATC fuse is a blade style fuse. They are larger than ATM fuses and found in many later model vehicles. Please write back and specify which ATC fuse it is that keeps blowing. It should be related to the ECM, ignition system or fuel system. If there are any other details please include that information as well. Any recent work or repairs performed. Besides scanning for codes. Was there anything strange that you noticed? Anything that isn't powering up or functioning normal?
