You got a bit carried away with the code
code p 0016 refers to crank shaft position/cam shaft position sensor, bank 1 sensor A---correlation === causes --wiring---CKP sensor --CMP sensor ---mechanical fault
code p 0011 refers to cam shaft (CMP) intake /left /front bank 1 --timing over advanced / system performance==== causes ---valve timing---engine mechanical fault --- CMP actuator ---wiring
you didn't mention the fault so consider this
if the timing is out on the intake cam shaft , it will idle good but play up as the timing actuator moves it further advanced with rpm
if the actuator is not wire properly or the solenoid is faulty , then the inlet will lag with increased rpm and again cause you problems
It is doubtful if the position sensors for either the crank or cam shafts are a problem because it starts and idles good

at this point check the valve timing is correct as in the manual it says to hold the cam sprockets in a set position when doing the timing so just lining up the marks may not have been correct
next would be to test the actuators for problems

SOURCE: timing chain tensioner

I have a '94 Altima with 2.4 liter 4 cyl. engine. At around 150K the timing chain and tensioner were replaced - should solve your problem, too. If you're sure the chain is rattling you should really get it serviced now, not later. Also, if your car is running rough it could be more than just the chain and tensioner; it could be your ignition system, such as plugs, coil, distributor, etc. Bottom line is, your car needs to be checked out right away.

SOURCE: chrysler 300m 2001 starts after unplugging cam sensor

theres a reflash program that needs to be done on these cars, because of extended crank time and cam / crank syhcronizing out, start there, also i had one with same code and found that aftermarket cam sensors dont work, installed dealer part and had the updated reflashing done and solved the problem.

SOURCE: replace satellite system in 2007 saturn aura xr

If you are looking to convert your radio from XM to Sirius, there are a number of kits available by typing 'convert radio from XM to Sirius' into your favorite search engine. But why bother? XM and Sirius have merged and you can now get Sirius programming on the XM band.

locate the crankshaft sensor, disconnect electrical plug, make sure around sensor is clean so grit etc doesn't fall in when sensor is out, unscrew with appropriate spanner, replace with the new sensor and reconnect plug. may also need some thread tape on thread before screwing in.

How an where did you see these codes ? code reader plugged in to the DLC -obd2 connector ?

There are no such codes, the codes you are getting mean the OBD-II reader you are using is not compatible with your car. Try to use a different scanner

How long should a timing chain last ?

Assuming there are no defects in the chain, it should last a minimum of 100,000 miles and probably longer. With a defect in the chain, it might not last long enough to get to the grocery store.

I purchased a 2007 Aura XR. 3.6 L a month ago. The car only has 23,000 miles on it. I've been noticing a weird knock noise in the rear of the car while sitting stationary in park or in drive. It's...

I have a 2007 Saturn Aura with 3.6 L engine. Had it since new (now at 55,000mi) Here is what I found that may be what you are experiencing. Particularly in cold weather, after about 5 minutes of running a sharp "pop" occurs. Usually I just have one loud pop. I believe this is something in the exhaust system that expands and pops much like a cookie sheet put into the oven. As best I can tell, this is a harmless noise. As the car has gotten older it does this less frequently.

Timing chains don't have a regular service interval like a timing belt does. It should last the life of the vehicle.

On my 2007 saturn aura the trip odometer resets after 999 miles? why?

This is one of many design oversights on the Aura. They simply limited the field to 3 digits for some arbitrary reason.
Here's another Aura head scratcher for you: why doesn't something, anything in the car indicate the selected gear? Sure the shift lever moves along the dots, but nothing lights up or otherwise indicates where you are in the PRNDL. It's required by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards but Saturn has told me that it is working to specification and have a nice day.
