Inside your fuse box on the inside of the protective cover, there should be a diagram of location. There may also be relays in this box that control the lights. If this is not the problem, check for broken wires or connectors going to the lights. If this checks ok start looking at the switch.
ok there should be 2 fuse boxes on this vehicle one under the driverside dash one under hood your horn fuse is under dash replace and replace your horn high resistance will cause the horn fuse to blow
the heater bypass is quite simple, if you look at the firewall you will see two medium sized coolant lines, remove them from the firewall and link them together using a proper sized tube, you can purchase a kit at a parts store quite cheaply
