SOURCE: 2002 Hyundai Accent Problem

first thing i need to know is did the timing belt break?
second is are you sure you aligned the timing marks and after the belt tensioner was tight you rechecked to make sure the timing stayed where you had it.
next step would be a compression check to if a valve was bent whenchanging the belt
i have seen this happen and this engine is an interferance engine.

SOURCE: what does code 1-p0650 mean?

P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit Malfunction

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) is located on the instrument panel. When the ignition switch is turned ON without engine running, MIL will light up. This is a bulb check. When the engine is started, MIL should go off. If MIL remains on, the on board diagnostic system has detected an engine system malfunction.

Possible Causes:

  • Harness or connectors (MIL circuit is open or shorted.)
  • MIL bulb may be faulty

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDCaAZedVYY

Rough idling can also be caused by clogged filters. ... Bad spark plugs, bad spark plug wires and a bad distributor cap are other common causes of rough idling. These items are all important parts of what keeps a vehicle running. Spark plugs provide the spark that ignites the air and fuel mixture within the cylinders.
