We are a self help group for fixing things, not viewers problems with companies. You need to contact the garage direct, in fact I would go there yourself and see the owner in person.

says to me that they are in default of lease payments on the business premises and the landlord has locked the doors and put a court order on the owner. He is not permitted in there and very often the landlord will change the locks. The owner of the building now owns everything in the premises including your vehicle, until you prove ownership of your vehicle to the owner of the property. Of course if the back rent is paid, all will be fine and work can go ahead.

Holy moley, your vehicle has been there 6.5 years! I fear your vehicle is long gone and probably sold for spares! Why did you leave it so long?

Surely could be a timing belt. Top cover is not hard to remove to check.

the switch on your dome light is more common problem.
remove the switch and inspect for burn marks and corrosion
clean and install
the switch will have 12V Battery power at all time.and ground from the door switch.
second ground will be on the switch and clowse the circuit only with switch to ON position

check fuel pressure, and check see when it cut off if it has spark
