if you are sure the speakers are good and the wiring to the speaker is correct then you need to look at the Boss.. a volt meter on the output either at the speakers or the harness should tell you, as it fluctuates with the volume of the unit, hopefully you do have power to the Boss...
I recommend you have this repaired by a mechanic as they have special tools that can assist in making the repair. You can get what is called a Boss repair kit from Auto Zone that you can use to make the repair yourself however it's not the simplest repair and in an engine that new it is most likely aluminum which means it will be very easy to damage beyond repair if you aren't careful.
