It sounds like an issue with your steering or suspension. Because it gets louder and faster as you drive, it is almost certainly something that is either loose, or worn out. I have seen tires that have a bump or a blister on them to create a bumping noise, like you're driving over several speed bumps at once. I would take it to a trusted place and just have them do a front end inspection. Some places will even do this for free, hoping they'll find a problem and make their money back. I believe that Midas was doing free front end inspections. If not, lots of places will do it when you get your oil changed, etc. You may want to look under it yourself and just see if you can push or pull on anything and feel any slack or looseness.

What is the possible cause of a Weird clicking sound coming from front drivers side tire

clicking sounds especially when turning corners slowly is worn cv joints. Replace any loose ball joints/tie rod ends. the other possible reason is that the sensor is hitting the rotor section and as it is segmented will give a sound like you describe. Check wheel bearings and bent hubs.

When i make a left turn i hear a bumping and

Several possibilities.

If when slow and tight turns, then probably CV joints. About $100/axle, and if there is no visible tear in boots, might as well do both right and left.

If more at higher speed, and feel vibration in brake pedal, then more likely wheel bearing. Wheel bearings need press on front wheel drive, so about $200.

Last choice is ball joints, because hard to check. See if rubber boot is ripped. You can take pressure off and check for looseness, but not always reliable, and they often get tight before getting loose.
Ball joints will usually make vibration after road bump and may also make thump when braking. If McPherson struts, then only 1 on a side, about $75 each. If not ripped boot, I would do pair. If not strut suspension, then there are 2 per side.

I hit a bump on the right front side and it makes a roaring type noise and shimmies a bit .. can feel it under my left foot. also at times it will make that soud when i make a right hand turn... it is ...

Sounds like your left front wheel bearing is going bad. When you make a right turn, or compress the right front suspension over a bump, it forces the car to roll to the left. This loads the suspension on the left side, which will exaggerate a wheel bearing problem. Are you hearing the noise at all when travelling on the highway in a straight line? If so, it'd be either a grinding sound or a hollow humming noise. If you aren't, it may be that the bearing is just starting to go bad.

A quick test to see if the bearing is bad is to jack the car up at that corner, grab the wheel at the top and bottom, and shake it hard - if there is any movement or looseness, your bearing is shot. If there is none, it doesn't mean the bearing is fine, but it could be that it's just starting to go bad (which would be why you only hear it in turns and bumps, but not straight-line yet).
