The 4G64 (2.4L) engine is an in-line four cylinder engine. The cylinder numbers are assigned as 1-2-3-4 from the front of the engine (timing belt side). This engine is fired in the order of the 1, 3, 4 and 2 cylinders.

You *most likely* have bad valves in those two cylinders. If adding an ounce of motor oil to those cylinders and then compression check again and still no compression then remove the cylinder head and replace the valves or replace the head with a rebuilt head.
Carbon build up, burned valves and seats, piston ring wear, a general mechanic can tell you if the engine is having compression issues but you should have a cylinder leak test done to see where the problem is exactly.
YEP BAD COIL CLOGGED FUEL INJECTOR AND INTAKE LEAK TO CYLINDER 1.TRY CLEANING FUEL INJECTORS.IF STILL MISFIRE DO A COMPRESSION TEST TO THAT CYLINDER YOU COULD HAVE A MECHANICAL ISSUE.
Replace the engine and transmission mounts. Replace them with urethane mounts, they cost a little more but last a lift time of your car and will ensure the engine will not move around to much in the engine bay. Good luck and be safe..
