Hvac problem my car ac not coool enough always.it cool enough sometime and sometime not

not clear. (does heater work? and only AC fails)?????

1. check all fuses yet.(cab box and engine bay box)
2. scan the obd2 port for HVAC errors
3. want cool, ? make sure blower blows in dash, on high?
4. dash hvac controls lamps glow AC on?
5. compressor under hood clutch engaged?
6. does engine run and car drive? ok>?
7. do all other electrics work? (in brief)

what is the problem.? non non told, just a nebular orifice

I guess you meant HVAC, , AC COOLING EXPANSION VALVE
YES, IS AND ORIFICE.
ANY PIPE WITH ANY REDUCTION CAN BE BE CALLED AN ORIFICE.
OIL, AIR, FUEL, OR R134 Refrigerant.

not told heating or cooling mode??
or defrost mode (both hot and with AC dehumidifying mode)
no country told or tell what is the weather now , is it hot outside or cold. outside car.??? rain, dry, hot, snow or what> we can't guess this.

does heat only fail or drop out?>
does the blower motor (actually die or go silent) >?
does blower always work on high speed?

not told HVAC mode,so answer are impossible or crazy too long.

AC cooling modes can do that, if the evap core ICE's up.
if R134 refr. is low the evap can ICE up, and and the AC brain detects that and shuts down, until ICE turns to water and drains to the ground under car .
THE PCM can also disable AC cool mode for many reasons.
here are just some
engine EFI PCM shows in distress, lots of DTC errors
Engine discovered is overheated,
engine shows overloaded. (lots of ways)
on climate control versions of HVAC it stops heating and cooling as
this control dial is set to say 75F and that temp is reached.
manual controls have no such dial.

Blower motor control module , maybe. The HVAC control panel sends a PWM - pulse width modulation control .

Suggest you take it to a qualified repair shop if you don't know how to diagnose electrical systems on automobiles

A sensor could be the problem but look and make sure you have good electrical connections to the a/c compressor. sometimes they like to short out and cause major problems.

It might just need to be recharged or the inline filter could be plugged

Well, althought you don't belive it, sometimes, people don't check most common and main things such as:
All fuses with next letters: A/C, HVAC, HVAC 1, HVACB, And also make sure you have only one fuses module, chevy trucks sometimes use two.
check they have voltage and they are good
Once you checked that, check for power to a/c compressor.
To start a good check this would be enough. hope this help and good luck!

THE TEMP ACTUATOR IS BAD. SOMETIMES THE HVAC MODULE IS THE PROBLEM TOO.

if you have had it checked give me the readings of the high and low pressures with the engine running and i can tell you if you have a fan problem ....but it must very accurate [email protected]
