The easiest to read & understand would be a Chilton's Auto Repair Manual. They have them for almost every vehicle on the road. I had one for a 94 Jeep Cherokee. Available at most auto supply stores and some WalMarts.

You might try the online discussion groups for Jeeps. A Haynes manual would have the wiring diagrams but I don't know about a fuse layout. The owners manual would have it if you could find one on Ebay.
