Get the left signal to flash fast then walk around the car to see which light isn't flashing then change the bulb or socket if they all appear to be flashing (front and rear) turn on the right turn signal then look into the front and rear lens and count the number of bulbs flashing, now do the same thing on the left. Many times there's more than 1 bulb in each lamp. I hope this helps. Take care.

You have a burnt out bulb in one of your turn signals. Start the car turn the turn signs on and look and see which bulb does not blink. You can do this quickly by turn on hazard or four way emergency lights and see which is not blinking.
Most likely the fuel pump has quit. Check it by having someone turn the ignition key to the run position (just when dash lights light up) listen to the fuel tank from as close as possible. for the first 2 seconds you should hear a whining sound. If you don't... the pump is not working.
a wire has wore through somewhere perhaps where t goes through a fender panel a 30 amp fuse is huge so you have a dead short. look front fenders grab wires look for where they may be rubbing from vibration while driving {sharp edge of opening] should be easie to find from a burn mark. dont keep replaceing fuse untill you find the burn spot.[short]
sounds like you are getting water into the connections and possibly have a bad earth connection. Suggest you check all light connections for water ingression.
If it has a combination switch, headlights, wipers, turn signal all on one lever, then it is the problem.Unless the bulb in that signal light is bad,the filiment in the bulb can melt down and cause a back feed.Try changing that one bulb first.
Problem fixed. A burnt wire in the control panel switch.
