Are you sure these are not the brake lights? I think they are. Go under the dash above the brake pedal and disconnect the brake light switch and see if the brake lights go off, if so replace the switch or adjust it.

2006 Buick lacrosse parking lights will not go off. After turning the ignition off the headlights go off after about a minute , but the parking lights stay on.

Hi,

As temporary fix, please unplug the battery from the car when you're leaving it for more than 15 minutes. This should stop it from being drained by your parking lights.

Thank you.

Several Electical Problems w/2004 Navigator

That auto has lots of mini computers to keep everything working. I would try a new battery after leaving the old battery disconnected for an hour. If everything works, run test light to determine if and where there is a drain on the battery.

98 Voyager 3.3l Wont start

Sounds like you have a parasitic loss somewhere in the electrical system. There is a component that is staying on after you leave the car and it drains the battery. The way to check for this is to get yourself a 12 volt test light from an auto parts store.Pull the fuse for your radio if it has a digital display. Under the hood disconnect the positive battery terminal from the battery.Put the clamp end of the test light to the battery terminal and the other end to the post. If there is a drain the light will be lit.Leave it for ten minutes and see if it is still lit. This allows for things that time out. If it is still on start pulling fuses and have a buddy tell you if the light stays on or goes off. If it goes off, identify what that fuse controls. You will need to pin down the circuit in that area that is causing the problem after that. Keep in mind that one of the worst offenders for this is the rear dome light being left on. That is the first thing I check.
