SOURCE: Air Conditioner blows hot on one side after battery DC
You need to replace the driver side temperature door control actuator. While doing this... make sure you bolt the new one in AND THEN PLUG IT IN or it will spin and not line up in the right place... then there is a series of crazy steps to fix that problem.
SOURCE: I want 3rd row seats.
As a Auto body tech. Yes it is possible. It will take alot of work. You have a few ways to do this but it will take alot of modification. Find a third row seat and take it to a welding shop or apolestry shop and have a bracket built to bolt the seat down to the floor. Then take it to a body shop and have them drill the floor and install the seat. Or if you wish to tackle this on your own Good luck.
SOURCE: replace low beam headlight on 2003 chevy trailblazer
I just replaced the low-beam bulb on my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. The grill just needs to be loosed slightly. Then, raise two L shaped brackets, one on each side. For the inside one, I needed to use a flathead screwdriver to get to it. The light assembly can then be pulled out. Remove the rubber cover and rotate the bulb one quarter turn left to release it. Pull out the bulb, replace with a new one ($11.50) from Advance Auto Parts, and reverse the process. Once I figured it out, took about 10 minutes total.

I contacted Chevy to see about reprogramming, I was told it would need replaced. I hope that works. Thank you!
Now along with the knocking the blower continues to blow after the engine is turned off at times and is killing my battery. Also the rear a/c is not working all the time when it is turned on. Could this also be related to the rear heat temp module?
