The thermostat is located in the forward most part of the intake manifold directly in the center. It is located in an in-closed housing with 2 studded bolts.

Simply follow the Large water pump hose on top of the intake manifold to it. You don't need to remove this housing,

just remove the 2 bolts and lift up the housing with the large hose attached to it.

The thermostat will be sitting in the recessed area of the hole in the intake manifold.
remember to inset the spring towards the motor on the new one

I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada and we have recently discovered that someone has removed the front drive shaft and half shafts. Will these parts from a 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada fit in my 2002?

Should, they are the same body style, definitely take some measurements before purchasing the parts. I would also plan on having your transfer case rebuilt or replaced, you figure there was probably a reason they disconnected the AWD.

Reset air temperature sensor on 2002 bravada

Instructions
1
Shut off the engine of your Bravada, remove the keys from the ignition, and open the hood.
2
Locate the plug that powers the outdoor sensor. You will find it in between the front bumper and frame of the car, just to the right of the rightmost support bracket. The sensor plug is green.
3
Unplug the outdoor temperature sensor by separating the plug from its socket.
4
Plug the sensor back in, close the hood, and start the car. If the sensor's performance has not changed, it will need to be replaced.

The rear end of my bravada just all of the sudden dropped. When I drive my bravada I bounce all over the place. Any suggestions?

shocks are bad, they dropped because an internal leak of the prifice tube allowed the fluid to seep past, that is why you bounce all over also, not a hard fix but just a pain in the rear
