I have a 92 isuzu rodeo, it's been making a funny knocking kind of sound when I start to slow down or take my foot off the gas. I pulled into a gas station and the guy next to me said it was my clutch... but I have an automatic! any suggestions?

Isuzu Rodeo 1998 foot on brake it makes a metalic grinding noise

you are correct it is the brakes... you could have a rock in them but if its been going on for a long while that is doubtful i suggest getting your brakes checked soon as possible if your brakes are wore down that bad it can actually fall out and cause you to be stranded and also ruin your rotors if they havent already

92 isuzu rodeo doesnt start it fires about every 10th revolution and it is getting fuel

It could just be bad gas!
Do you run the tank to empty?
Is the tank almost empty now?
I'd try a can of dry gas AND expensive fuel cleaner if it is!
