should be a 10 or 15 amp fuse, if you go to your local auto parts store and ask for your type of car or truck they can get you the right fuse, if its not working on high the ballast resistor may be bad and the reason why is a bad blower motor ! .. you need to tell them what its symptoms are .. jay the motor repair guy florida .. did you vote for your favorite fixya guy ?

This is just a guess, but I would think INFL RSTR would stand for "inflatable restraint", or your airbag system. Take the car to an auto parts store, Advance, Auto Zone, etc, and ask them to pull the system fault code from the OBDII system with a scanner tool. Sounds like your airbags might be malfunctioning. Unless you live in Florida, where INFL RSTR stands for "in Florida restaurants", which is a guide to fine dining in Florida. But I doubt your car is into that sort of thing.

It sounds like you need to check the control assy first, it may be the control and not the blower.

If the van is out of warranty, take it to a non-dealer for an estimate. Ask your neighbors or co-workers for recommendations on a local repair shop. Dealer hourly repair cost is typically much higher than other repair shops....compressors are not cheap and replacment is labor intensive, but you could save some money taking it somewhere else.
