Sometimes when driving I hit the gas pedal the car does not move it just idels then it starts to go what do you think is the problem
so the throttle fails, in Park too? or neutral or in drive.
we need to know all facts here.
the throttle adds air the EFI measures that and adds fuel.
then RPM rises, to 3000 rpm easy in park.
does it do that?
then fail to make power in drive.? power is in move car?
check fuses first.
then scan it. using any scan tool works on all USA 1998 and canada. cars.
or "then it starts to go"
my guess now is ,that car drives ok, but has a small hesitation
and has full power up any hill wide open throttle and the transmission does not slip.?
is that it?
that can be a bad TPS sensor. (hesitates then catches up)

High beam indicator stay on even on low beam
faulty relay under dash somewhere for high beams or faulty switch on steering column. relay should click on and off suspect relay stuck in high beam on most likely location of relay is under bonnet or side panel on vehicle.

Brakes have to come apart once a year anyway,
to remove rust,inspect & lube & you flush the brake
fluid every 2 years,on all vehicles
Maybe the rubber flex hose is restricted or the calipers
& fluid are neglected & everything is just rusted & nothing
works

1 = factory codes, 0 = federal standard codes.
P is power train. (7 is trans)

but at 0mph the governor pressure is above 0psi and above 3PSI.
0 is right, so is bad governor, i guess.
the the governor , allows fluid to pass through it, above 0mph.
as you go faster , more fluid and pressure ,
this pressure is what causes the hydramatic to shift to the next gear.

compression good is first. all 6
then spark x6, if PCM sees no spark? it CUTS fuel by DESIGN. (logic)

if you have spark, the test fuel works, "spray"
ever get a full tuneup this decade or every 60k miles.
