Diagram and radiator remove procedure
I went on UTUBE and found someone who had posted the procedure. It's not real easy, you have to take the fan blade off which takes a special wrench. But you'll save yourself a lot of money. I purchased my radiator at a discount parts store in Vancouver WA. Not a rebuild and had BMW all over the box. I only paid $105.00. When you install it, having one person at the top and one person on the bottom makes it much easier. YOu have a few items that all have to be lined up for it to slide into place before you tighten all the hardware and refill the fluid. Not much help, but this may get you on the right track

What to do when high loading's displayed
Sounds like a bad ignition coil or a fouled spark plug. If you can do an OBD scan at the dealership (or Autozone will sometimes do them for free) you can find out what cylinder is misfiring and start there. Not likely related to your battery replacement.
