Need to turn up your cycle time.. Set your pump to run at 12 hrs and chlorinator at 10 hrs until the water clears up and then reduce to maintain the chlorine level... Make sure you keep the filter and electrolytic cell clean...

Procion dye Mx dye 10gram olive green

That's the supposed color on cotton, using sodium carbonate as a reactant. You will get different colors with different minerals in the water, different fibers (particularly silk or wool), different mordants, or by using a reactive metal dye vessel.

My RO light has changed from red to green. What does that mean? Red was the normal color.

Green is the color it should be when producing GOOD (low TDS) water. A constant Red light indicates the TDS is high (relative to what the normal TDS rejection is on your water supply) and the membrane needs to be replaced. Frequently the TDS light will be RED when initially drawing water at the RO faucet because of a spike of TDS coming through membrane from static water in line.
I suggest taking a sample of pretreated water and RO water to a dealer for a TDS test to see if the Membrane needs replacing.

My hot wheels car wouldnt change into green colour

Thank you for your question. I hope this helps solve the problem you are having with your Hot Wheels Color Shifter not changing colors.
I believe your issue may stem from the temperature of the water you are using. You will need two bowls of water - one with ice cold water and the other with hot water. Dipping your car into the ice cold water should change your car into the green color you are looking for. Dipping your car into the hot water will change it back into its original color. Here is a link to a youtube video demontrating this process - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gZf7BKtInU&feature=related.
If this does not help, I would suggest you return it and get a new one. It may be defective.
Good Luck with your color shifter and have fun!

My coolant light is low and im not sure what kind to add?

If your coolants color is pink you must add coolant that is pink. If it is green you must add green. You CANNOT mix green and pink together. You can get 50/50 mix which is half coolant and half water which is ready to use. You can also get coolant that does not have water added to it but you will still need to add water. This is usually better for your buck.

Hello,
First of all green water can arrise from a lot of different situation.
Low chlorine is one of them coupled with the crappy filter that comes with the intex pools it does not filter enough.

Start with getting your salt level to 3000ppm
any lower than 2700 and you will not generate enough chlorine and any higher than 3500 and you could go cloudy or trigger high salt alarms

you need to get the salt test kit that reads in #'s not color the color ones has to much of a variance
once your salt is at 3000 clean your cell then filter filter filter

I run my filter 24/7 if it is not generating chlorine I am filtering.

Clean your cartridge every few days
I have had the same 2 cartridges for this being my 4th season and have never been green or replaced the filters.
Also I reccomend a non foaming algecide

Just follow directions on bottle

We just up graded the pump and have the salt water system hooked to it for days now the the water is a light green color It looks clean not algae green Could it be to much salt or not enough? When I test...

Did you have to put more water in than usuall before you noticed the green? If you filled the pool with well water it could be iron in the water (which gives you a clear green look). If thats the problem then next time run the hose into the skimmer or into the filter pump suction. That way the fill water will be filtered before going into the pool. If it is iron in your pool and you shock the pool it will turn brown.

YThe colors in my picture have yellow/green color cast.

When you take pictures under certain artificial lighting conditions- such as fluorescent, incandescent, or halogen lighting, the colors in your image may take on a yellow or green cast. You can use HotShots to touch-up the colors; see Chapter 7 for instructions.
