Our school has a Toshiba e-Studio 2830C color copy machine. During business hours we receive incoming faxes, but in the evening when we're closed people are unable to send us faxes. They tell us it rings three times and then disconnects. Can you help us to receive faxes on a 24-hour basis? Thank you.
We never turn the machine off and it has never been rerouted or forwarded. We didn't even know we could do that.
